What does Raediate make?
We make fresh, ready-to-drink Chai beverages and dry tea products with only the freshest ingredients. We also have microgreens!
What makes our chai different?
We take a lot of pride in our craft, and have spent endless hours perfecting a blend that is balanced and honors the Ayurvedic health origins that Chai was actually created for. It is 100% free of all preservatives (sans a bit of sugar). All of our chai is made in small batches using freshly ground ingredients, patience, and love. We want to make sure it is made to taste comforting, flavorful, and easy to enjoy—without losing the character that makes chai special.
Is your chai very sweet?
No, and that is intentional. Our goal is for our Chai to be balanced and customizable for a range of palettes.
Do you use corn syrup?
A tragedy that this must be asked. Only 100% pure cane sugar for us, and no artificial anything. Ever.
Do your products contain allergens?
With the exception of our chai concentrates, all of our ready-to-drink chai products contain whole milk (dairy) and may contain other allergens, including cinnamon or clove. Ingredients and allergen information are listed on each product label. Please contact us before ordering if you have a specific allergy or dietary concern.
Do you offer dairy-free options?
Our chai concentrates were created to be 100% dairy-free and sugar-free.
How should I store bottled chai?
Because our bottled chai is made in small batches and contains no preservatives, shelf life may be shorter than mass-produced beverages. Always check the use-by date and keep the bottle refrigerated.
Can I drink it hot or cold?
Both. Enjoy it chilled straight from the bottle or gently warm it for a cozy cup. Do not microwave the plastic bottle. If you really want to go crazy, make a dirty chai (add a shot of espresso), or an extra dirty chai (add a shot of Bailey’s).
Where can I purchase your products?
Our products are available made-to-order online through our website! Additionally, you can find us on Saturdays at Barre Farmer’s Market, and on Sundays at Maple Hill Farmer’s Market. We sell all throughout New England, and are happy to offer FREE delivery throughout the Worcester area.
Can I order from you outside of farmers markets?
Yes! We sell throughout the week, not only at markets. You can place an order through our website or contact us directly for local availability.
Do you take custom or bulk orders?
Absolutely. We welcome custom orders, bulk orders, event orders, and special requests – including half-gallons and full gallons of chai. Send us the details through our Contact Us page, and we’ll let you know what is possible.
